Your check will be processed after your first sold referral. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Q6: Who can participate in the Qwest® Business Referral Program?

A: Existing Qwest small business customers and individuals in a position to refer telecom products to a potential customer who accept and adhere to the Qwest Terms and Conditions outlined in the "Agreement for Qwest Business Referral Program" found on this website.

Q7: What's involved in the program?

A: The program is a great way for you to earn cash rewards for your business. You have the opportunity to earn a referral payment for any new Qwest order that is written as a result of a referral you forwarded to Qwest through this website or via phone. There are no sub-agent agreements, no arduous processes or paperwork and no long payment cycles. It's easy and simple.

Q8: What's a referral?

A: The focus of the program is to help provide better communications services to customers you have identified as referral opportunities. A referral is a business recommendation you pass over to Qwest for which you have done the following:

• You have identified the referral as a good candidate for Qwest telecommunications products and services and one which has a high likelihood of turning into a sale.

• You most likely have spoken to them about Qwest.

• You have been able to assess their level of interest, a good time for Qwest to reach your referral, etc.

Q9: Is there a cost to join the program?

A: No. Enrolling in the program is free. There are no charges for you.

Q10: How can I refer a lead?

A: There are two ways to refer business leads to Qwest:

Online entry. Simply fill out an online form with the basic contact information and the products that the customer needs. In addition, if you have any comments or notes to tell our sales people before a call, there is a space provided for that. We will take it from there. If you are curious about the status of your lead(s), you can log into your account and review the current status of all the leads you have provided. It is that simple.

Telephone: To ensure the best possible customer experience, you can call 1 877-299-0980. A representative will enter your referral and provide details about the program.

Q11: What sales will I get paid for? When?

A: You will be paid for incremental sales of Qwest small business products. Referral fees normally will be paid within four weeks of the closed sale.
